• Enter your registered mobile number.
• You'll receive an OTP by SMS — enter it to proceed.
• Set a new password — enter it twice to confirm.

If your mobile number has changed or you're not receiving OTPs, contact support — your account can be recovered after identity verification.

Login issues can occur from time to time. Most of them are easy to resolve.

Check whether Caps Lock is on. Passwords typed in Bangla keyboard mode won't match your English-entered password. Switch to an English keyboard and try again. If it still doesn't work, log in using the OTP method.
